Full Score. Un Vitrail et des Oiseaux (A stained glass window and birds) incorporates both of Messiaen’s key preoccupations, the songs of birds and light. Written in 1986 for piano and woodwind ensemble (four each of flute, oboe, clarinet and bassoon) with trumpet and percussion.
