Come and Thank Him! is an anthem for harvest or Thanksgiving that may be useful at other times throughout the year. Suggested corresponding lectionary readings include Exodus 23: 16, Psalms 104 and 128, Matthew 22: 34-46, 1 Thessalonians 2: 1-13, and 1 Corinthians 1:3-9. One basic homiletical theme is gathering together to praise God, the Creator and Provider.
